Support no so good anymore...

    Have a client I advised to sign up with you and have to say I'm feeling slightly embarrased. They have an error on their account and they and I have been contacting support for 24hrs now trying to get things sorted and have to say - we both feel like we are being fobbed off and given the run around. I havent had to contact support in some time for myself but I have to say that it feels like support is now not what it used to be. It's a shame.
