A rather measly 2:24, I was aiming for <2h...pretty much died after 8 miles but not too surprising given my lack of training! 5hrs sleep on Thurs and Fri eve after lots of server updates didn't help so I blame that  My new regime is (will be...) running to the office each morning then grabbing a shower there, should be about a 70min run  Photos are on a friend's camera somewhere and will be arriving soon!
