In June we're going to start a reformat of the Vidahost website to gear it much more actively to what we need. The whole site is going to be put into a content management system (at the moment I edit the several hundred pages in messy php with a million includes). There are a few things I know we need to focus more on: an updates feed on the homepage with news items/forum status updates/twitter feeds; a much clearer web hosting and reseller hosting content pages; a much better affiliates section. Going to make a much bigger thing of the business and designer listings too, with a fully featured resources section. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm keen to have ideas on a support area. At the moment articles are built into the sales part of the website (so info on how to setup an email account in Outlook is built into the email sales page). That should go into a full sales area I think. and then like to mod vBulletin to be able assign forum threads to particular support topics. Open to any and all ideas!

I think a CMS would work great for you guys, will allow you to update pages super fast. I think you have everything covered content wise, I have never had trouble finding info on your site. All I can think of is a few issues with layout (CMS should sort this) certain things don't line up in different browsers, but they are hardly noticeable and not really that important. It's hard to improve on your already good site/service
