We want to ensure that it is easy to keep updated at all times and, crucially, to have the latest updates clearly accessible in the event of a service outage.

Therefore, here is a summary of how to contact us should you experience any type of problem, and where we will post updates:

General queries/support

Please e-mail support@vidahost.com which will open a ticket linked to your account for easy diagnosis by our staff. We also operate a freephone 0800 number which you are welcome to call on 0800 047 0417 between 9am and 11pm, 365 days a year.

Regular Updates/Notifications - (RSS Feed)

General news/offers regarding our products and services are posted in our Announcement forum.

Service Updates/Outages - (RSS Feed)

Details of server upgrades/issues are posted in the Service Updates forum.

The most common cause of an apparent disruption is our security system blocking your IP address due to failed cPanel/FTP logins. In this case please contact support@vidahost.com with your IP from www.vidahost.com/ip for assistance.

We will also post minor items such as out-of-hours server reboots, Apache/PHP upgrades, and any items which will cause only momentary disruption.
