| Our Nominet tag
Our Nominet tag is THERMAL. The tag VIDAHOST is also ours, but we can only use one tag on our systems. Please set your domain's tag to THERMAL to transfer it over, and ensure you have placed a free .uk domain transfer order via https://my.vidahost.com/cart.php first so we know it's yours

Just replying here to emphasise the importance of placing an order before changing the domain's tag. I've got a fair number of orphaned domains here. If you've changed the tag on a .uk domain and can't see the domain in your My.Vidahost account, please contact me. I don't know how people see the tag and not the instructions to place an order. If you find anywhere on our site where it's unclear, contact me for a £10 account credit!

Perhaps on pages such as here or here it might be clearer if you spell it out a bit more. It's maybe quite easy to skim over the 'place an order first' bit? How about something like: To transfer your .uk domain, please place a transfer order first THEN change its IPS TAG to THERMAL
