AMD are offering a free Phenom II 920 or 940 processor as part of a Evaluation Kit.
The Dragon Evaluation Kit costs approx EUR 200 (approx £200 delivered) and contains:

- Foxconn A7DA-S, 790GX+SB750 Motherboard
- HIS HD4830 Graphics Card
- Phenom II 920 or 940 CPU
- Fan Akasa AK-876

You do need a VAT number to order though.
